Commissioned by the Gifted Education Section of the Education Bureau, the Chinese Language Education Research Association organised the ‘Chinese Language Elite Programme‧The 10th Chinese Language Elite Competition’, in which LUI Michelle from 3R won first place in the Impromptu Speech Competition, first place in the Chinese Culture Quiz Competition, and second place in Impromptu Debate Competition.
