The Launch Ceremony of Moral Education Day 2022 was successfully held on 15th September 2022. The theme this year is ‘Positivity, Respect, Etiquette’. Mr. LAM Pui-tak, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Promotion of Chinese Culture officiated at the Launch Ceremony. Mr. Lam introduced the origin and evolvement of the chinese character ‘Etiquette’ (‘禮’) from the philological perspective and encouraged students to treat observance of rituals as the fundamental personal quality and the maxim for getting along with others in society, with a Chinese motto, ‘if one does not learn manners, one will not know how to behave properly’ (「不學禮，無以立」). In response to the theme, Student Representatives from S1 to S6 made a pledge to act in order to motivate each other.
