NG Chak-lam (6R), CHUNG Ho-fai (6P) and CHAN Ka-lung (6P) participated in “The Best of Hong Kong” exhibition zone in InnoTech Expo 2017 with their invention “Sign-translate Gloves”. Honourably, SKSS is the only secondary school invited to participate in the opening ceremony.

Organized by Our Hong Kong Foundation, InnoTech Expo 2017 is held between 24th September and 2nd October in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The exhibition displays 130 technological innovations in different themes and zones including “The Best of Hong Kong” exhibition zone. “Sign-translate Gloves”, invented by SKSS students, are exhibited in the secondary school category with pleasure. Important guests such as Mr. WAN Gang, Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and President of Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. TUNG Chee-hwa, GBS, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Mrs. Carrie LAM Cheng Yuet-ngor, GBS, Chief Executive of HKSAR, expressed approval of the innovation after visiting the exhibition.
