The ‘All You Can Cook’ x ‘Happy Green Campaign’ Culinary Competition was held by Maxim’s Group and HK Electric to promote the green ideal of waste reduction at source. CHOI Cheuk-kei from S.5S participated in the Final Contest on 20th September 2025, where she cooked a 3-in-1 shrimp platter (details in Chinese), making use of three cooking methods and every part of the shrimp. The dish combined culinary skills, creativity and the idea of zero-waste, winning her 1st Runner-up in the Secondary School category.
